Arrived on time, very friendly, very efficiant, great results.Ian was amazing at steam cleaning my unit, he first questioned which stains were from what source in order to identify which chemical to use to get rid of them.Many of them were years old.Then he quickly got to work treating them, followed by a steam clean and they were all gone (and the general carpet looked clean and brand new afterwards too).All in all, I am VERY happy with the service and will definitely be recommending Monster Cleaning to all who may be reading this review.
